Congratulations! You’re engaged! Now what? Does the thought of contacting vendors scare you? Are you stressed out by the mere mention of setting a date? We assist you from start to finish by first meeting with you to discuss your ideal event. Then, we discuss and develop a budget, schedule timelines, and provide the right vendors that suit your needs (and your budget). Once the plans have been set, we will be there every minute – from the first photograph to the last guest.
Full-Service Wedding Orchestration includes the following services…
- Free initial consultation
- Between 50-60 planning hours
- Up to five meetings (each meeting two-hour max.)
- Budget management/planning
- Vendor selection and recommendations
- Contract negotiations
- Rehearsal and wedding day coordination including direct vendor communication
- Timeline and floor plan
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Two coordinators on-site
- Etiquette consulting

Ultimate Full-Service Wedding Orchestration includes the following….
- All Full-Service Orchestration, plus…
- Up to 100 planning hours
- Up to ten meetings (each meeting two-hour max.)
- Light lunch service to bride and bridesmaids at bridal salon
- Basic programs for ceremony
- Picnic basket for bride and groom post-ceremony
- Gift bag delivery (3 location max.)
- Printed table names/table cards
- Guest activity suggestions
- Wedding night relaxation essentials
- Return of all formal attire and other rentals
- Rehearsal dinner recommendations

- Wedding Day Management -
You’ve planned every detail – now you want to enjoy your special day. You want someone to make sure everything is in place - and on time. We will meet with you four to six weeks before the event to discuss vendor contacts, ceremony and reception times and locations and your overall expectations for the day. We will take it from there by contacting your vendors, creating a wedding day schedule and overseeing the final details, leaving you with only one thing on your mind – “I do.”
Wedding Day Management includes:
- Two-hour consultation 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date to discuss contracts and event timing (please bring a copy of ALL contracts and contact numbers to our meeting with you).
- Review contracts and contact vendors with formal introductions and final questions.
- Timeline and floor plan
- Final walk-through at event location
- Unlimited phone calls and e-mails
- On-site for rehearsal
- Two coordinators on-site throughout event

Destination “Wedding Weekend” Orchestration
You and your fiancé have found that special something in Colorado. You met here – he proposed here – you want to spend the rest of your lives here. And, you want to share that Colorado magic with out-of-state family and friends. We will orchestrate a magical wedding weekend for you and your guests. Starting with an initial consultation to discuss your “Colorado dream wedding,” we will research locations and customize everything from group activities to the invitations. The only thing that we might not be able to produce – snow.

- “Last Minute Details” Package -
It’s two weeks before the big day and you’ve planned everything – Did you miss anything? How will it all come together? Will the flowers make it on time? Will the groomsmen know when to arrive at the church? What was the name of the caterer? HELP! You may not need a consultant, but you want to make sure you’ve arranged everything AND contacted everyone. We will meet with you to discuss vendors and scheduled timetables. Once we have the information, we will construct a wedding day schedule that reflects your vision of how the day will go.

Just looking for someone to help you get started? How about someone who can provide you with a little guidance? Hourly services may be the right fit for you. We would be happy to meet with you to discuss your ideas and steer you in the right direction.
$75.00/hour (two-hour minimum)
A La Carte Services
There may be some last minute items you had not “thought of” until you’ve met with us. If you would like to add services to your Package, have parents who need assistance with recommendations for Bridesmaids Luncheons, Rehearsal Dinners and Post-Event Brunches or you’d like someone else to take care of the VERY last minute details, we have additional services to assist you.
- Bridal party boxed lunch service delivery - $50
- Picnic basket for bride and groom post-ceremony - $150
- Gift bag delivery - $1.50/bag (50 bag minimum)
- Table names/table cards - $75
- Basic programs - $150
- Bridesmaids luncheon, rehearsal dinner or post-event brunch recommendations and assistance- $250
- Rental returns - $75
- Vendor recommendations – 10 for $100 ($5 each after first 10)
